What's the criteria? Achievements, resume, or just skill/ability?

My thoughts are just... eh. The bold ones are interesting. Never seen the two Jack Dempsey's in a top 10 P4P list. Number 4 would be hilarious even if it were a HW list.

That's a terrible ****ing list. No Joe Louis?
    And Ray Robinson isn't #1?

Joe Louis isn't a lock for a top 15 P4P list. Why on Earth would he be #1?

It's not a given that Robinson is #1. Either way, Jeffries among the top 5 is ludicrous.

Neither is he (For being #1).

I have far more qualms with Armstrong being 14 than Robinson 6.

His pick for #1 is actually the only decent bit of his shitty list.

I certainly think he should be. Who's #1 P4P then? Armstrong?
And maybe even Leonard should be in there somewhere. I Don't like Duran's placement. Muhammad Ali could be in there too.

Langford, Fitzsimmons, Armstrong, and Greb all have arguments for the top spot, the way I see it.

I like to see Packey McFarland getting a mention but I was wondering could you tell me a bit more about the criteria for the list. Surely Armstrong has done most accomplishment wise as a P4P'er.

For me Robisnson gets top spot because talent wise he is unsurpassed.

Duranium has to be on a wum. I'm new myself but he's got to be on a windup between this and his heavyweight list on another thread.

I'm not sure Fitz does but the others I agree on. SRR being #1 is an ingrained thought, but based on achievements and resume many have an argument for that position. If you think otherwise, you'd have to be far too rigid and set in your group-think ways, or perhaps just lack imagination. AND SRR is my #1!
