    TAKEN FROM THE ARTICLE :

"For him it's all a matter of the disrespect that he's feeling and them not listening to him," King said. "It's all about pride and dignity.

"He wants his dignity, his respect and his pride to remain intact and he wants to get paid.

    WHAT IT SUBTLY MEANS :

"For him it's all a matter of not being able to manipulate and freakishly control every desired situation. It comes from his insecurity and arrogance.

"He wants his over inflated ego to keep getting fed from the outside world by getting ridiculously paid for low risk / high reward fights that will make him seem like the greatest ever to everyone."

Ross Greenburg is such a liar. Quit making **** up Greenburg.

"I had been negotiating with a representative from each side since May 2nd, carefully trying to put the fight together. Hopefully, someday this fight will happen. Sports fans deserve it."

Don't duck the lie detector test.

Don't talk too fast. Read the article again. King is going by what Floyd wants and you know he doesn't want Pac:

"We've been talking about his future and where he wants to go and what he wants to do," King said. "Right now he's not sure what he wants to do."

"King and Mayweather have talked about the Pacquiao fight, with King telling him that he doesn't need Pacquiao to make money, but if that's the fight he wants, King can make it happen with Arum."

Good luck to you dude, and please believe I'll be reppin that til I die. You hear Jermain will be hooking back up with Pat Burns after his B-Day in August, then going to try and make one more run with Pat as his trainer? I don't even know if you're a JT fan, but at a minimum he Reps AR to the fullest, and has accomplished more than any fighter to ever come out of Arkansas.

Floyd is something like a big deal. No matter what is going on, it's a big deal if he is involved. Especially for those that hate him. They can't help themselves.

That's a lie, and it may be part of why Floyd is cheating on Haymon (and maybe Ellerbe).

The medical expert(s) that Team Floyd brought in to go over the drug testing aspect of the first round of negotiations told Team Floyd that 14 days was absolutely acceptable to prevent any kind of advantage, or whatever, from alleged PED taking. All of Team Floyd was cool with this, and wanted to make the fight.

    Except Chicken Man.

Floyd's a coward as regards Pac. There is no way around it. He's chickened out twice, and it seems like his team really isn't down with (or doesnt understand) that, and maybe Floyd's not down with them anymore because they're exposing just how much of a coward Floyd is regarding Pac.

That's why you go to Don King and then have King say things like "whether or not Floyd fights Pacquiao," or whatever Don said. Or you have Tim Smith try to throw junk against Pacquiao in numerous columns to try to distract people from the fact that you just don't, under any circumstances, want to fight Pacquiao right now.

Maybe that will change for Floyd. Until it does, Don King and Tim Smith aren't going to be able to save Floyd's shattered rep.

i dont think mayweather will EVER leave Al Haymon

Haymon has done ALOT for floyd, most of the things ellerbe gets credit for (i have no idea why), haymon is the one who does it e.g negotiations, sponsors, commercials etc

haymon is a powerful man in the entertainment industry.

I don't understand. People hate Ellerbe, but now that Floyd might be ditching him to work with King, who's known for making important fights happen, people are bitching about it.

Who gives a **** about who Floyd uses as a business partner? A "true boxing fan" just wants to see Floyd beat up emmanuel dapidran pacquiao.

What so bad about it if King can make it happen? Maybe he'll threaten to shoot manny if he doesn't agree to 40/60 and random testing.

I agree, which makes it really odd that Floyd would apparently diss him and Ellerbe like this by running to Don King.

Again, maybe all of this is just in jock-riding Tim Smith's mind as he scrambles to cover for the atom bomb that hit Floyd's reputation when Ross Greenberg spoke out recently. But I doubt it. Smith seems to have pretty good info where Floyd is concerned.

    Guys...

wouldn't it make more sense to say Mayweather is dropping Golden Boy for Don King promotions? he's had ellerbe and haymon around even while doing business with golden boy. Ellerbe and Haymon will be with Mayweather to the end, I think.
