That is correct. And the second time around no one knows what the contract issues were that are holding up the fight. If Pac is still asking for 50/50 I would say he is the one dodging since the economic reality is that he doesn't deserve 50/50.

 

The first time around pac did not accept the 14 day window offered from the FLOYD SIDE. I have argued with pac fans who deny this in person but just about everyone here (this forum) know's that team pac declined the 14 day concession from floyd, regardless which side one supports. How are you gonna sit there and put a straight lie out there and say someone else is lying hahaha? LOL that's pretty funny.

Only one issue here and that is the blood testing. IF they didn't start the negotiations with we agree to testing up to 48 hours prior, then there was no negotiations. Anything else is just smoke and mirrors. Like Arum saying that they agreed to all demands without saying they agreed to the ONE AND ONLY DEMAND. Come to find out, arum lied and the damage had already been done because media outlets reported on it without checking it out (and still haven't).

Nothing is different about this situation from the end of the first negotiations to now. Still no blood test, still no fight.
