We haven't seen enough of Pirog to call this fight. Right now you have to say Williams based purely on who we've seen him beat.

Based on the Martinez and Cintron fights, I'd have to go with Pirog. Too shifty and too accurate of a puncher; I think he'd tag Williams all night.

Williams size advantage is somewhat nullified at middleweight. He should stay at 154 or even 147 with all these young guys coming up at 160.

Werent both Pirog and Jacobs above 170 on fight night?

Those are big MWs. Pirog is just way too accurate and slick for Williams. No way in hell would Williams team take this fight.

Pirog gives anyone at 160 hell including Williams. I'd like to see Pirog in with Martinez before I can give an honest prediction.

Williams has the most shitty defense of any top figher in the sport, and he wouldnt have too much of a height edge on Pirog, and Pirog is the heavier boned man. Still at this point I'd make Paul the slight favorite, but Pirog would be live.

That's more or less how I would handicap it. I would favor Paul given his experience and level of competition at this juncture. Fast forward a couple of years, however, and I may very well be singing a different tune.

While not as sold on Pirog as some of the folks on here, he certainly has talent and merits further watching.
