Briggs will be remembered for being a total failure you idiot....the biggest headlines of his entire life are about his embarassing demise, taking a dive, fixing a fight and singlehandedly bringing the sport of boxing into a state disrepute.

Note the word TRUE in true fight fans. The people who saw both Adamek fights live like I did will remember Briggs at his best. I wouldn't expect a crab like you to have any sense of perspective anyway. This whole ordeal will be remembered as Greens ****up, casual fans have already forgotten the name Paul Briggs.

I think that in boxing memoirs, this affair could easily turn around.

Forget all the fan fair & hype, All the holier than thou & the feigned indignation about the blot on boxing.
With all the shiit piling up on Briggs & his state of mind, Green could have well saved his life.
    Depression is a killer.
Remember Peter Jackson, Steve Rodgers, They had money & they still pulled the pin.
I bought the fight. I'm on a pension. WGAF. Shiit happens. Move on.

    Morning Ced,

Marcus is spot on for a change lol, the criminal offence i speak of is to take a dive and the betting farce that took place. Its criminal to charge people money to watch this crap and its criminal to support a sick fighter having a crack at a so called world title after no warm up fight, no fights for almost 4 years, retirment due to nerological reports, very poor sparring leading upto the fight, crying in his change room before the fight, all covered up by the camp and we are told Briggs is punching harder than ever blah blah! the best part of all this is these blokes involved actually thought they would get away with it! whilst they are pretty much screwed in the boxing industry now, name wise.

To answer your question Ced, if i was a cruiserweight and active sure id jump at the chance, any active boxer would, this does not excuse what Paul and Green have done to the paying public.

Hows about you answer some of my questions a few pages back regarding the leak? Billy talking about the leak when it was his own camp that leaked it, then you try blame me! What a pisser

the offence is called a shame contest , when the outcome is already known.

Briggs will be well remembered for his ring deeds including the Adamek wars. Unfortunately though, the good will be overshadowed by the bad (ie the Green farce) for years to come.

People are already making comments like oh, he 'did a Briggs'. It's lready found its way into the language.

Whether we like it or not the Briggs v Green stinker is gonna exert a bad odour for a very long time!

ok it's a sham fight so why is green happy enough to take peoples money still? Wouldn't you think the man that is usually the underdog would not be happy receiving money for a sham fight? Fair enough cover you costs and what ever extra you want but at least show a honourable deed and pay some money back to people who purchased their ticket.

(gee your little boy is growing up quick)

because green didnt take the dive. it would have been great if green did refund some cash or maybe 50% off his next fight but i dont think he is that type of man.

he just had his 1st birthday :good
