Here are the official scorecards of the fight:

Judge: Duane Ford 39-37 | judge: C.J. Ross 39-37 | judge: Paul Smith 39-37. Now before anyone gets their panties in a bunch I do realize the fight still had a long way to go. However, seeing that the judges had Jacobs ahead in a fight I had it for Pirog up until the stoppage, how many of you believe the judges would have scored it for Jacobs? I believe the only round I gave Jacobs was the 3rd round. He actually did box nicely in that round. So lets hear it ESB.

It was 3-1 Jacobs, or 2-2. Pirog won the 2nd, and I'd have no problem with someone giving him the 4th.

More money down the line if Jacobs won, so now way pirog would've got a decision. Same thing with tua vs Barrett. That's one thing that is wrong with boxing.

i had it 3-1 or 2-2, with the 1st to jacobs, 2nd to pirog, 3rd to jacobs, and 4th a tough one to score.

I also forgot to mention if anyone gave Pirog a 10-8 round when he clearly hurt Jacobs. Or does anyone think it should have been called a knockdown? I know I may be talking to a small crowd here since not too many people bought the PPV or even watched that particular fight.

I think you have to be a blind man to score it 3-1 to Jacob like the judges did.
    Pirog was pressing the attack
Pirog was landing the cleaner shots
Pirog was landing the harder shots

It was all set GBP for there golden man to win. Pirog knew the score and ko'd that hyper bum.

I said it before, Pirog was getting outworked. The uy has a relatively low punch output and it cost him rds and it will cost him a fight in the near future.

    I had it 2-2

I agree with you; however, I don't think calling Jacobs a hyper bum is fair because if Pirog had lost fair and square, I don't think you would be calling him a bum.

I don't agree with that statement. Pirog may not have been a human windmill, but he was in there being measured in his attack. As a matter of fact, if he had been going balls out a la Margarito, he more than likely would have got caught and possibly knocked out. Jacobs may have been throwing more, but I sure as hell didn't find his punches to be scoring punches or in better words "effective" punches.

    I had it 3-1 Jacobs.
First round was close and could have gone either way.
    second round was all Pirog.
third and fourth were similar. Pirog was pressing the action but he wasnt landing too much. Jacobs was boxing well off the backfoot. I gave both them rounds to Jacobs.
Every round besides the second could have gone either way though.

The punch stats would support what i am saying. Let me also remind you that when u are ringside scoring a fight as a judge u have limited view is some respects and it is impossible to tell if punches are partially blocked.

Therefore, you score close rds to the guy putting the work in. Im not sure what rd it was but jacobs threw twice as many as pirog in a rd, but only landed slightly more total punches.
