there is tons of stuff on the internet to substantiate this...to simplify things: urine is ur waste, in ur waste u are hoping to detect traces of things. it is far better to take the blood (i.e. the actual source) to detect these things than it is the waste. Many drugs run thru ur system and the waste is released in the urine quite quickly, however it remains in ur blood longer to actually reap the benefits u are looking to get.

Why don't you back up what you say by actually proving it?

you should tell USADA (Floyd's preference) to change their procedure then.

They use urine sample to check for EPO and steroids.

Does him not agreeing the first time equal a negative in your professional opinion?

All of those things you mentioned only causes dout in each situation. Which is what alot of people are starting to have about Manny. You drive a car you weave and get pulled over you are asked to take a breathalizer test. That's all that's going on here, Mayweather believes his preformance may be enhanced because of the ability to move up in weight while retaining his power, speed and stamina. He has a question of Manny and testing is how he is asking it to be answered. If I was Manny and I was not using drugs I would take the test and pass, then sue his pant off for defamation of character.

I once saw a documentary on City Confidential where a man was accussed of killing his wife, refused to take a lie detector test and they felt this substantiated their belief he was guilty and as the prime suspect he was, Hmmm let me think..... taken to jail, look Pac is obviously afraid to take this fight and so is Mayweather, Mayweather afraid to risk his unblemished record and Pacqiao afraid to fight without his substances thats my theory, and who ever doesn't agree i don't really care.

If I put iced tea in an empty Jim Beam bottle and drive around drinking out of it, does that look suspicious ? Absolutely. Did I do anything wrong ? Absolutely not !!!

Not a court of law but that's the standard we go by. To some people he may be acting guilty or hiding something. To others he is not. Perception is not the issue here. How he is acting is not the issue here. Either he is guilty or not, that IS the issue here. If he is, prove it. If he is not leave the man alone and drop it.

How in the hell can you prove that you didn't cheat on your wife besides tell her you didn't or cut your dick off ??? And I do believe that Pac stated that he wasn't on anything. You don't prove negatives..........

None of what you said here is relevant to proving guilt, just speculation and opinion !!!
