Guys who will stay active only? I don't think there actually will be 10, but here are the guys I think are the best bets to stay active and stay undefeated, in order of most likely to least likely:

    1. Chad Dawson (I just don't see anyone coming around at LHW being able to beat him)
    2. Nonito Donaire (weak matchmaking)
    3. Wilfredo Vasquez Jr. (weak division, improving by the minute)
    4. Nkosinathi Joyi (same as Vasquez, plus a lot of the top guys won't go to SA to face him)
    5. Saul Alvarez (I think his handlers will be extremely careful with him)
    6. Tavoris Cloud (will stay very inactive under DKP, and as long as he avoids Dawson, should be OK)
    7. Andre Ward (if he makes it through the Super Six unscathed, he has a decent shot since there aren't many great fighters coming up at 168, and I'd slightly favor him to beat Bute at this point)
    8. Toshiaki Nishioka (Nobody that great coming up at 122, and a lot of people won't be willing to travel to Japan)
    9. Omar Narvaez (Still has yet to face a live body, but I'm mostly afraid he'll be retired before 5 years are up)
    10. Lucian Bute (Biggest threats at the moment are Ward and Dirrell in a division without too many other up and comers, plus he's likely to have hometown advantage in any major fight)

Mayweather only doesn't make the list because I'd be stunned if he's not retired in the next two years. Same with Vitali. Wlad doesn't make it only because I think he'll get knocked out once he slows down a bit. I think Khan and Gamboa will still be top guys in 5 years, but I'd be surprised if either one can avoid getting KOed for that long.

And if you wait a week, Gennady Golovkin would be near the top of the list. With his skills, Universum's matchmaking and the propensity for hometown decisions in Germany, he could go undefeated for the next decade.

Only he isn't with Universum anymore.

    1. Takashi Uchiyama- 130 has nothing much going on at the moment, and he is a fighter on the other side of the world, and usually they don't fight too many really good type of fighters. So, I'm thinking Uchiyama might sit on his belt for awhile. He is young enough, and he does have nice skills along with a deadly looping right hand.

    2. Roman Martinez- Martinez seems content at staying at 130, and at the moment 130 doesn't have too many great fighters. Also, Roman has already had the WBO belt for a year or so, and his mandos have been all that impressive and he might be able to stay undefeated for another 5 years just as long as his competition stays around the C level, Martinez should stay undefeated in the next 5 years.

    3. Roman Gonzalez- Another WBA fighter, that has sklls and his mandos aren't too impressive. Roman Gonzalez might be able to stay on top at 105 for 5 years.

    4. Sergei Dzinziruk- I don't seen The Razor losing. No big name wants to fight him, and nobody at 154 in my eyes can beat him at him 154. Aside from may'be Martinez and PTP which both are 50/50 fights, I favor THe Razor beating everybody at 154. Angulo, Cotto, Frog, Rhodes, Martirosyan, whomever. I don't think they can beat The Razor. I think Dzinziruk has a great shot of staying undefeated in 5 years.

    5. Saul Alverez- Alverez is the WBC Silver belt holder at 154 and I think he can manage to stay undefeated in the next 5 years. What worries me though is he is young and he will be active and have lots of fights in the next 5 years.

    6. Pongsaklek Wonjongkam- Now, it is starting to get tough. I'll go with Pong just because he might have 5 fights in 5 years and more than likely the competition won't be all that good and Pong will easily beat them and he should sit on his WBC belt. The only think that might stop him from staying undefeated is that he might retire within 5 years.

    7. Chris John- More a less the same as above, except Chris John might lose just because 126 is a stacked division and he may get caught in the next 5 years.

    8. Omar Narvaez- Basically, the same as above.

    9. Andre Ward- I'm confident in SOG's skills, but he will be facing some tough fighters in these next couple of years. Dirrell might beat him, and in the semis and finals he could see King Arthur. If he stays undefeated after the Super 6 is over. I'm very confident that he will stay undefeated. These next two years are key though.

    10. Anselmo Moreno- Moreno is an under the radar type fighter that nobody talks about. Sort of like Caba was until recently. Moreno is talented and if he sits on that WBA belt and he is still underrated in these next 5 years. He has a good shot at staying undefeated.

Not as interesting as I thought. A lot of folks ducked this thread, apparently.

didn't know this thread excisted, but some names were actually called right for various reasons.

Pirog > stopped fighting, but still undefeated.
Ward > same as above, but might get back on the horse
Wlad > at least a level above the rest of the division
Jones > like predicted, extremely inactive and also caught again
Gonzalez > actually showed to be a top P4P fighter

Out of all of Floyd's attributes his in ring IQ is something to behold. It's amazing to see him take away his opponents offense and if they adapt or try he just figures out and shuts down their next plan. I'm excited for his next fight as PAC is an offensive beast it's going to be a great fight. Albeit both fighters are faded it's still going to be interesting.
