That's a terrible comparisson. Pavlik and Kirkland are in no way similar in style. I'm not sure where you're getting that from.

Pacman doesn't need KO power to stop Kirkland, just kick his ass so badly that the fight has to be stopped ala De La Hoya and Cotto.

I think Kirkland is too strong. However, it would depend on how long after his layoff the fight took place. First fight back, Pac probably takes it; after working off the rust, I go with Kirkland by KO.

No, that is a very good comparison. Disregard the size disparity, and they are similar.

Both immobile, walk you down, basic fighters. Pavlik actually has better defense than Kirkland. Both are slow and wait until Kirkland actually fights somebody with skill and movement, he will be ****ing embarrassed. Julio is a ****ing joke.

If tomato cans can drop Kirkland like an anchor, Pac will bust this overhyped chump up, bad.

    Pac by laser show.

James could be too much for Manny! I'm not gonna question that. I'm basing my assumption on the possibility Manny operates effectively at 154 which is NOT a given. If Manny isn't effective...if he loses a lot of power, speed, reflexes ect.....that all equals problems that he'll face when going against a bull dozer like James. It's definitley an interesting match up and one that I'd love to see....but down the road. After knowing how Manny does in anther division and how we see James progress Post prison.

He is an exciting slugger, but he is also slow, crude, defense is his offense, come forward fighter with a big punch(telegraphed from a mile away).

Posters here that talk **** about Pavlik because of those same attributes praise the **** out of this guy. It's just funny.

Maybe a prime Pavlik. Now he is defensive minded and cant seem to pull the trigger. Thats why Martinez kicked his ass. Im screaming at the ****ing TV " throw a ****ing punch already!!!! "

Kirkland, all the way to much power and he has great speed to boot.

 Pavlik just sucks when he fights anybody that won't go to war with him. Movement and athleticism just aren't his forte, and I see the same things happening with Kirkland. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing personal against the guy, but when he gets KO'd in a step up in class, these same people are going to be screaming about him being a joke, bum, washed up etc. when in reality its the same posters that built him up into something that he just never was.
