    BUT PAC DOES TAKE TESTS
Well you have the choice not to **** the person, just like floyd has the right to duck out and go on vacation. Not to mention that AIDS and PEDS are 2 different things with 2 very different outcomes.

A baseball player can't say no to the tests or he will be suspended. Baseball has rules to follow. And so does boxing. The fact is that the rules are different for different sports, apples and oranges again.

And what does following the established rules of the sport of boxing have to do with people hating lil floyd ???

No I don't think so. Until the rules are changed everyone should follow the established rules.

    Imo Floyd is scared.

That aside we don't know if anyone is on or not on steroids or any other PED. And it is a FACT that passing TESTS, even better TESTS than USADA such as those given by the nazist lab in the WORLD, LLND (the National Laboratory for Doping Detection for the French Government); it doesn't mean you are not a cheater. Take Lance Armstrong, he's never failed a test, there's not a shred of physical evidence that he ever cheated, yet 3 out of 5 people think he's on some super secret dope.

It doesn't mean or change a thing, testing that is in regards to perception.

No ones making up ****, as u put it lol. But my point is regardless of WHO started the rumor, and it is still techinally a rumor. That person (Mayweather Sr.) points were valid enough to cast doubt and suspicion that a decent amount of people share. And the way Manny and his team have reacted to that raises some questions. Questions that have NOT been answered.

Sure he has never tested positive, just like my friend who sells weed has never been arrested. It just means that until Manny lives up to his name and "MANS UP" and takes the tests, the truth is we the public DONT KNOW! Doesn't mean that he is, and it also doesnt mean that he isnt. But it does leave room for speculation. Now im all for not giving a f**k what people think lol, and if he had stated that as his reason for not being pushed into doing i might have accepted that. But his reasons for not wanting to are just too inconsistent for me to not question it.

I personally think this issue is waaay bigger than Floyd and Manny, as Im sure there are a lot of ped using boxers who dont support random drug testing as well as their trainers, and promoters.

As for the mlb players contract, just because boxers arent obligated contractually doesnt mean they shouldnt be.

Im on a cell phone and im running outta characters lol to be continued on a pc lol....

This is why yall are irrational. He's never tested positive but your friend whose a DOPE DEALER, who YOU ARE FRIENDS with... never mind your friend whose a dope dealer... Criminal? Huh wut your friend the dopoe dealer yea... he's never been arrested before, so therefor Pac could still be a cheater.

Great, you the friend of a DOPE DEALER is giving out lessons on ethics.

I fail to see how being randomly **** tested at any point during training which will be unannounced and completely non invasive after giving blood samples for references to a month beforehand and immediately after the fight is insufficient.

If it was a FLAT OUT REFUSAL there wouldn't have been any negotiations or mediations. Manny agreed to the test with ONE stipulation on how close to the fight blood could be withdrawn for the tests. And NEITHER side came to a mutual agreement.

I think the way Manny handled it was better than expected given IF...the roles were reversved and Manny came out before he was suppose to face his most difficult challenge as a fighter with "Rumors, Accusations or statments" meant to cast doubt or meant to tarnish Floyd's rep and then DEMAND tests on Floyd to some how VALIDATE the accusations Manny started.... Floyd wouldn't even give Manny a chance at facing him. He'd pack up shop and keep it moving.

At least Manny entertianed his demand and agreed to random tests...BLOOD tests at that which everyone knew Manny didnt like giving. I think the one stiuplation how close to the fight blood could be withdrawn was acceptable all things considered.

The foundation, the package and delivery of the demands and accusations were all very weak and that's the reason why Floyd is the one who is being seen as the one responsible for this fight not happening.

And technically don't have to be answered by anyone !!!

The public don't know and the majority don't care. They just wanna see the fight..............

He doesn't have to have any reason or he can make up the most ridiculous reason, It really doesn't matter whatsoever. All he has to do is what the boxing commission says and at that point lil floyd is the one with the problem and will be see as the cluck cluck duck !!!!

LMAO boxing historians also believe Floyd ducked Pac twice in his lifetime. Other boxers are jealous because Pac is on top of the game and they are earning as much as buboy is earning.

Well in the spring of next year, when the Pinoy gets beaten like all the others, you are going to regret this kind of ****. He will lose to PBF within the next 12 months. That being said, I don't think that makes Manny less of champion or less of a fighter, he's just not as good as PBF, period. That will be demonstrated in the ring for all to see, it really doesn't matter what you or I say, we will all witness this first hand.

Pacquiao isnt losing respect about the drug issue. Only the jealous and ******s of the sport are vocal about it. I intend to send a letter to Juan Diaz's law school Dean about his false accusation to show his incompetence to uphold the law.

However Pacquiao does lose some respect for the catchweight thing. Pacquiao doesnt even have a saying in it, I think its mostly Koncz and Roach somewhat as to why these fights are catchweights. Pacquiao doesnt care he just fights whoever they put in front of them.
