Is that so? Many women have strong lower bodies, and they can not hit hard at all. What does science say now? Ever see tommy Hearns skinny legs? Most punchers have strong shoulders and back muscles. Legs can add for sure, but I am advocating balance over the need to twist.
but the twist keeps everything in balance and the Tendons working efficiently and naturally giving direction and less chance of injury.
He's probably like some of the idiot PT's I've seen around. They do completely wrong or really different things, people see these things and get drawn in thinking he/she must know something special as nobody else does it that way. In reality nobody does it that way because it's ****ing stupid or just plain wrong.
i agree with this and trust you, but if you have any link, i would really, really like to see/read that Scientific study.
Whats wrong with that bomber? its better than most so called boxing trainers where im from are passing off as boxing training, lol
:rofl Is he an actual boxing trainer or does he just help out? I thought some of the am coaches round my area were bad with their very very very basic style of jab right hand, hands up, walk forward. Surely he knows to keep the right hand as close to your face as you can as you throw a jab?
20 quid an hour. thats cheap. at the real fight club ion london a cheap coach is 40 quid an hour. some charge up to 75 quid
