He's lost to an all-time great, maybe the best Mexican fighter ever, no shame in that. Also, Diaz is young and gave two gooood fights with JMM and others.
He lost a competitive bout to the number one Mexican fighter of the past decade, and the current 3rd best fighter in the world. No shame in that! He can stay at 135, and beat most guys out there still.
im sure Diaz is a great B fighter, but will forever be rememberd as a chocker at the highest level, against the greats
If he has got something to quit for, he should. He did alright, but probably can't achieve anything more than he already has. I think he should call it a day, unless he just loves to fight.
Pacman, was koed twice and had a draw before the age of 21, maybe a few at that time thought he should have retired too. Juan Diaz, is a good fighter and i think he can be a belt holder again at 135.
he turned pro at 16, he has other talents like being a leader of men. Why not allow him to progress to a safer more productive carrer. h has proven himself.

For the last time..... age means nothing in boxing. Theres guys who have been shot at 24, and theres guys who have peaked at 32.
