    I am a HOFamer whose home in New York is listed as an Historic Site,and is still occupied...Who am I ?

    No,said fighter was not born in Ny, but lived in Ny, most of his life..

    correct me if I'm wrong, but somehow connecting Joe Gans with a Historic site(?).

    I was thinking it might be Sam Langford - i remember seeing a brief documentary on youtube not so long back which goes around with a distant cousin of Sam's (i think) and you see his home in that and I'm sure that it says in that that it is now protected or something??
