I'm all for better drug testing. But how much better is random blood testing? Urinalysis detects everything but HGH. You need blood testing to detect HGH use. In testing thousands of athletes in the 2004 Athens Olympics and 2008 Beijing Olympics, until today, guess how many athletes were busted for HGH use? ZERO. Even if Pac used HGH in training prior to the fight, a postfight blood test would detect it.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission also looked into implementing blood testing which I supported since it might make the Floyd-Pac fight a reality. Their findings were that blood testing was unnecessary and even potentially dangerous for boxers who already stand to lose blood during a fight.

Can you site the reference that outlines what was agreed to I would be very interested to see this. Furthermore, the man has been on vacation (as many of you keep pointing out as if it's a negative thing) how could he have been negotiating? Have you considered that the reason that PBF is walking on GBP is because he made it clear what his stance was on the drug testing issue and overall negotiations, yet they pursued some talks without getting the ONLY stipulation he asked for?

Dude, no you are off from the first line of your post, man that is absolutely not accurate. He conceded to 14 days, but that's not what he "wanted", that wasn't his stipulation. When Pac walked from that, he left himself open to PBF doing exactly what he did...outperform and outdraw Manny, hence gaining the upper hand in what were once level negotiations. He doesn't have to concede now, and he's not going to concede, because he doesn't have to he earned that in the ring, point blank.

I just got to the end of your post, how do you arrive at the conclusion Manny "apparantly agreed to testing up to the fight"? It's the half truths and assumptions that lead to much of the impass in terms of fans. You are basing your opinions off things that just aren't true, bottom line and there's no other way to say it. My post was in response to gyll silly assertion that the Mayweather/Mosely was the fight of the year. As far the original post. Haven't gone into detail like I said.
