Yeah, I forgot for years exactly how hard Duran was hit with that right hand, but watched it recently... My god, that was a punch that would kill most people...

You are right about Lewis, Rahman landed a very hard lucky punch. It happens in boxing, especially at HW. Lewis removed all doubt by demolishing him in the re-match.:yep

I don't take it serious without Travis Walker. Here is his last fight with Alex Leapai (18-3-3). Walker was down with first shot, was wobbling after each landed punch and finally Koed in 4.

And dont forget his fight with Banks in March.

Dives dont count as there was no contact.
Briggs actually proved he had a pretty good jaw in the Adamek fight.
Unfortunately for him though, as the saying goes "A man can build a thousand bridges, but suck 1 **** and...."

What's the link man, I gotta check this one out!!!!

There are certainly some ATGs with shaky chins, but the list of those with pure china is relatively small, I would think. Even Lennox Lewis's chin was only shaky, not glass.

And how did he get to the number 1 position in the first place, you slack jawed moron? By being knocked down by domestic fighters with no power at a lower weight than 130, let alone at 135.

He has fought better fighters at 140, with more power than what he had previously encountered, and not been wobbled. I'm not saying any of them were power punchers, but they had more power than Ricky Burns, right?

So once again, you sorry piece of **** - how long will it take before Khan stops being number 1 - keeping in mind that he hasn't been hurt in 3 fights at a decent level against fighters that are not complete non-punchers? (other than Malignaggi).

You're so dumb it's ****ing unbelievable.

:lol::lol: Khan has only ever fought one legit "power-puncher" in Breidis Precott. And Prescott's power has been shown to be way overrated since. Most of his KOs are vs guys who have records like 2-14 (12kos). Khan is carefully matched against light hitters, the one time he wasn't, he got annihilated.

The simple fact that you call Prescott a legit power puncher shows how ****ing idiotic you are. Kotelnik and Salita probably both punch harder than Prescott.

Kotelnik and Salita both have about 1/10 power, Prescott has about 3/10. Paulie has 0/10.

Prescott was still fighting guys with 0-7(7ko) records in his 15th fight. He's no power puncher. The Khan fans like to make him out to be some sort of monster banger, he's not at all. When stepping up the competition to even lower-level journeymen, Prescott only has one KO, against Khan. All the others above low-level journeymen he's either lost or won a decision or DQ.

I don't think Prescott is a "legit power-puncher", I was taking the ****. He's the hardest puncher Khan's ever faced though.

good Lord you are delusional. Wow. They won't even put him in there with a guy that has above a 35% KO rate and you are trying to lecture me on his Chin? :rofl:patsch

Khan is the most protected and coddled fighter in the World today he is a complete disgrace. All his camp does is TALK about fighting big punchers they won't actually do it again until they are ready to cash him out. His recent opposition has been a total disgrace.

The question has peeked my interest though, what will it take - surviving a few flush short from Maidana or Alexander? Would that be enough to inch Khan down the list?

I'm not asking as a fan of his, I'm just curious.

This may have been asked already, but no Jermaine Taylor or Hasim Rahman?
