****ing hell could someone mention ezzard charles up in here? Jou Louis Jersey Joe Walcott 2x Archie Moore 3x Charley Burley 2x Joey Maxim 4x Lloyd Marshall 2x Jimmy Bivins 4x All of these names might not be overly familiar to casual, modern day boxing fans, but i should note that all of those guys are currently in the hall of fame and not by accident. So that's 18 wins over a total of 7 hof'ers, and he went 6-0 against the atg trio of Louis, Moore and Burley. Also, while he started at MW and peaked at LHW, he won the HW title and held it through 8 defenses in 2 years. When well past his best, he came within a hair of beating a prime Rocky Marciano twice. If this man didn't have a great resume nobody did.

Robinson: Henry Armstrong (top 5 ATG), Lamotta repeatedly (ATG), Zivic (ATG), Graziano, Olson, BAsilio (ATG), Fulmer (ATG), Gavilan (ATG), Shapiro, Angott, Turpin Ali: Foreman (ATG), Frazier 2x (ATG), Norton, Liston (ATG), Spinks, Williams, Patterson (ATG), shavers, Bonavea, Moore, Foster, Chuvalo etc. I'm not a huge ali fan but his resume in big fights is truly an amazing thing Robinson too has an amazing list Leonard's big wins were against a prime duran, benitez, a prime Hearns and an old Hagler all big wins against great fighters but the rest of his resume really falls off a cliff
Leonard's resume is more about quality than quantity, based on the quality of his biggest wins he does have one of the greatest resume's. But the question was top 10 wins, so fair play. And BTW i don't think Floyd Patterson was an ATG. And Moore was, certainly if Zivic, Gavilan and Fullmer were.
Your post reveals the inherent problems in these comparisons. You say Hagler was old when Leonard beat him, but his second win over Frazier came against the half -blind version who had to cheat during the eye exam to get the license, he should have lost two out of three against Norton, Moore was old, Foster was a LHW and Patterson was a washed up very small HW who had been visciously KO'd before, while Leonard moved up in weight to face the MW champ who had never been convincingly beaten. There are numerous wins on Leonard's resume better than Spinks, Bonavea and Chuvalo. I am not dissing Ali, I am just pointing out that you can punch holes into any ATG's resume this way. I think these comparisons go out of hand. I understand that boxing fans like to fantasize, but there is reallyno way to compare the quality of wins like this.
