I think what ever I decide on this one will be wrong so I might just leave it alone . . .

I always wait a couple of weeks before having a bet because there is always a few shocks at the start of the season e.g. like Hull other year.

Yes. Remember last season Norwich got whacked 7-1 at home (I think that was their first game) then went on to walk the league:nut

Cory Spinks is 4/5 to decision his opponent (who I know very little about, admittedly)

For some reason I really fancy Dirrell to win as much as I rate Ward, and I have an uncanny record when it comes to winning money on boxing when betting on an underdog. :huh

Also put £5 on Jenson Button to win the F1 Championship at 16/1, I don't think for one minute he'll win it but the odds are ridiculously long.

Get on Berdych now to beat Malisse who beat Inser last night and took the first set. If Berdych is half as good as he is meant to be he should pull through in 3 sets. But, beware he is a choker and very in consistent. Still think he can win here and nearky double your money.

Isn't he against K-9? Cory is way too schooled for him.

Andre Ward is a future ATG super legend.

    Just warning you like.

Maybe it will be a Laing (Dirrell) - Duran (Ward) upset type moment, but I think Ward is better than Duran.

Please dont say that. Ward is good but has not yet fought an opponent that has tested him. Kessler and Green both tailor made for him and not near the elite level. He is feather fisted and runs in with his head. Exact same style as Bradley. Dirrell hits too hard and will be too quick for him. The best opponent to date for Ward but Dirrell has faced the far better opposition too,

Carl Froch landed punches on Dirrell.

Dirrell can try and make this fight as bad to watch as he like.

    He can run.

    He can keep falling over.

    But he cannot beat Ward.

Explain the advantages Ward has over Dirrell please. I am struggling to think of any. Competition, speed, power, experience, defence, tactics, reach everything points to Dirrell

If anyone followed me on Berdych. Well done. He has gone from 2.2 down to 1.25 start of 3rd set now.

Bloody Mardy Fish!! Well was a bit dodgy best player Fish has faced in his recent run of form, but I thought with Cilic only just coming back his form has been iffy in the last few months and Fish's run, but not meant to be.

Still got £93.00 not bad but bit gutted.

Fancy Tipsarevic in a small wager to beat Cilic tonight, Fish just did't play well more than Cilic dominating him Cilic first serve percentage was only 40% in the first set and still won it, Tipsarevic is in great nick and worth a small punt to beat Cilic for me at 15/8. Only bad thing head to head is 4-0 to Cilic and has some of that form on familiar courts but worth a small stake at that price.

Also on Nalbandian to win it at 7/2.
