Why does Cotto get a free pass for fighting bums like this?

I really don't see how this fight belongs in a 100.000 seat stadium, but whatever, it's close to Mexico so i guess a fight there between JCC Jr and a big-name Puerto Rican fighter will draw some folks.
Anyway it's not quite a fight i'm dying to see, but i won't be mad at Cotto if it happens. He's fought all the top guys for years, and this is probably a pretty good pay-check for him which he deserves imo. BTW it would likely be a pleasing fight to watch.

    Mayweather?
    Williams?
    Martinez?
    Berto?
    Angulo?
    Cintron?

All of the above are better than Chavez Jr and Foreman but because Cotto is a decent lad he somehow gets a pass.

Probably because Mayweather and Berto have been campaigning at 147 where as Cotto has moved up to win a title at 154, I don't see the likes of Martinez or Angulo make the WW limit.

It's not about them though, it's about Cotto getting a pass for taking easy fights.

    Look at like this man...you know 1 +1 = 2 right...In other words...Arum fighter + Arum fighter= go ahead fight for Arum!:patsch

This is the type of **** thats killing boxing...Its way more deserving fights out there for Cotto but Arum's punk ass insists on keeping his fights in house fights! This is another prime example of it!
