bad bad bad bad decision for Hopkins, seriously needs to retire now..The fans don't want to see him keep fighting, it's not worth it

I would love to see this happen, Hopkins getting sparked by a Brit is boxing heaven for me.
Plus if this fight were to get made the amount of Yanks who acctually give Hopkins a chance will be staggering.

    Hope it happens.

You say that, but as much as I don't think B-Hop would win, I ask you if he did beat Haye where would you rank such an achievement?

It would be some accomplishment & would surely enhance his already bolted-shut legacy within the history of Boxing?

Of course it would be an amazing win but, reading his interview, it seems to me even Hopkins doesn't fancy his chances.

The fight would be a bad move for both the fighters concerned.

Not interested in Hopkins at any weight unless he fights Dawson.

what a disgrace... tell me sick *******, whats so funny in beating a pensioner who belongs 3 categories below HW. Yeah, a huge day for British boxing - a possibility to humiliate a yanke old legend.

No way Haye takes this fight. He is much above ur level.

    Winnable fight for Hopkins.

Basically ring craft is the way to beat David Haye.

If you stand there a upright European like Gurov and Maccarinelli - Haye will smash you easy.

Someone like Hopkins at least has the potential to frustrate and school Haye like he did to Howard Eastman.

    this is quite old news

hopkins is too small and slow now to beat haye. if he were a similar size, and the fight took place a few years back, he would have the perfect style to beat haye. similar to james toney, hes a nightmare for haye if he was a similar size.

horrible fight, i hope it never happens

It'd be funny to see this just for a laugh.

First solid jab and Hopkins loses his senses.

Id rank it as the biggest upset in boxing history- by some distance.

came in at 180 on fight night against Pavlik so he is going to have to find another 21lbs to add on to that frame.

Haye would mutilate him within a round imo if this ever happened.
