Which sort of makes it more remarkable that someone with such a bad chin gets to 23-1 and has the WBA 140 strap wrapped around his waist. You would imagine that someone with so little punch resistance would have an horrendous record and get nowhere near an area title.

And got up and won easy...what i'm trying to say is that a lack of chin is an issue at any level, but its how you deal with it and react when you get knocked down that is important. Hall of Famer Floyd Patterson got knocked down over 20 times but it didn't stop him having a decent career.

LOL. He has never fought a legitiamate fighter thats why. Frank Warren wallked him through 99% of his career to date and golden boy will take good care of him for another 5 years avoiding any danger with Roach. He ran scared against Kotelnick and don't tell me that Paulie and that Jew forgot his name were good opponents at his weight.

Of course, you are right...having said that check out his first 15 fights against any domestic lightweight of the last 10-15 years and it stacks up, you won't see it of course because it doesn't fit your agenda. His record is monster compared to John Murray or John Thaxton.

***Shouldn't you be out training trying to get your 6 mile time nearer to 29 minutes??

Fair point but he's still got a **** chin. That means most of the fights you might want to see him in probably won't happen. He or his handlers are and will most likely continue steering well clear of punchers.

I doubt that...there are only so many truly feather fisted fighters at anywhere near world level. He will get in with hard hitting fighters and he will get beat again, but thats boxing.

amir's chin is ****, but the guy is fast with great workrate, and that alone will cause some very good fighters problems especially aging fighters such as marquez.

I'm not sure a fighter with a chin as bad as his has ever become a genuine star.

I mean..... Tommy Hearns had an average chin at best and absolutely gash survival skills..... but he had the right hand :yep
