I think Floyd may be slower than Pac. He is certainly slower than he used to be. Overall speed is down; not just his hand-speed. And because a fighter has certain advantages doesn't mean you should give an advantage with letting PED use go by. Year round testing is needed. And it's not just about Floyd. PED can help with strength, speed, power, and durability. That's huge in this sport. I think what Pac may be doing is what Floyd may not have gone to which is to update the system he uses. Where Pac is using the latest science to help benifit him with his performance, with training and nutrition, Floyd may still be Old School. Floyd's just an idiot with how he went about it but it doesn't mean he was wrong. Boxing is wrong for not having it in place before or suggesting it for all big fights. The reason why they haven't done it all comes down to Money. From my stand-point, a fans stand-point, 50/50 deal is fair regardless if Floyd has slightly better PPV numbers. And year round testing should be in play.

Floyd's demands about OSDT were so transparent though. It wasn't about cleaning up the sport. it was clearly about Pacquiao. I agree that Floyd has lost a lot of his movement speed. He's more of a lay on the ropes and dodge punches guy now. However, I still believe he holds the handspeed advantage. No doubt about it though, Manny's feet are going to be huge in this fight, and they will definitely give Mayweather problems.
Same thing here. I used to think May UD Pac. But goodness, Floyd's evasiveness and Pac's aggressiveness tells me who is the confident fighter here between the two. Virtually every time the confident fighter wins. Pac KO.
