Arum talks complete shite though so what he says and does are 2 different things.

Don't forget he refused to make a Mayweather vs De La Hoya fight as he said he wouldn't make enough money and that was the largest grossing fight ever.

 

i don't get it. why would arum publicly ask floyd to sign-up, negotiated with haymon and greenburg if he wants pac-margo from the very beginning? and even if these is only a fake offer, why won't floyd take arum's bluff and accept to fight pacquiao so he can expose arum?

at the end of the day, it looks like arum wants this fight (pac-floyd) to happen more than floyd.

I'm not saying Arum didn't want the fight when he was negotiating with Greenburg, I'm saying that I'm not convinced he'd cancel a fight with Margarito after putting all the ground work in for a fight that he might not make as much money from.

As for the fake offer, the same could be said about negotiations back in January about why Pacquiao didn't call Mayweather's bluff with the 14 day to expose him.

I'm not convinced Arum would walk away from the Margarito fight now he's put the work in to set it up.

 

If Mayweather came out and accepted the offer, Arum would have no other choice. I think even Pacquiao would refuse the Margarito fight. He seems to want Mayweather that bad.

 

well, that's why i said, pac should **** arum this time and say that he wants floyd if: a) floyd suddenly agreed to fight pac this year with don king as his promoter and b) arum won't agree since he has already set-up margo as pac's opponent.

we want all this fight this year and not next year.

 

If Pacquiao was going to **** Arum off he would have done it years ago now.

I'd rather the fight happened this year but I'd settled for next May, however the longer it goes on the less it interests me.

I hope Mayweather is serious enough in doing business with Don King and is not doing this only to save face. I hope Don King does the same in return, that he can make miracles happen. he has already ****ed arum years ago when he signed to GBP but arum came back begging for pac and had to use the courts. pac can certainly do it again since he wants floyd more than anyone else. but first floyd has to say he wants to fight pacquiao.

i think they will need more than that. if it would take an earthquake for floyd to sign an aging mosley, i don't want to think what it would take for floyd to sign a fight against pacquiao. of course aside from random blood testing.

 

I gotta admit that's funny & true. I think if everyone around Floyd asks him, "So when are u gonna fight Pacquiao?" everyday that should annoy him enough to try to make this fight happen before the end of this year.
