Pacman would fight him, Arum just doesnt want to do it since WIlliams screwed over Margarito a few years back by not giving him a rematch.

Mayweather is his own boss, so im not sure what his excuse is....prolly scared.

Lets get real and stop using paper titles as an excuse. He just beat the "lineal" middleweight champ. Beat wright who was the 154 champ and has never ever been beaten the way pwill beat him. He beat Margo who was the most dangerous fighter at 147 at the time.

These are arguably the top 3 guys in each division at the time.

Like i said in my original post, behind mayweather and pacman (since they wont fight) he is the best opponent at 147. learn to read and respond accordingly.

He beat the lineal middleweight champ? When? Martinez was not the middleweight champ when he fought PW.

Wright was not the 154 champ when PW beat him. In fact Wright hadn't fought at 154 in five years and was coming off a loss.

He beat Margo at 147 and then failed to defend his title against Quintana. Like I said PW is a 1 division champion, with 0 title defenses.

To call him a 3 division champ when he hasn't even won paper titles in 2 divisions is ridiculous. Why lower the standard even more?

Wright the 154 champ?he hadnt fought in that division in four years when Williams faced him not to mention he was coming of two years of inactivity how was he the 154 champ?

it is obvious the ts has failed here. he wanted everyone to jump on this bandwagon.

the fact that williams last fought at 147 in 08 is obviously beyond him.

yes pac, floyd, mosley, cotto, clottey and berto are all avoiding him. who is the common factor there? thats right williams. the man who chose to fight kolle, phillips and wright. who is kolle? who is phillips? when was the last time wright won a fight?

williams is a good fighter, now stop bein a moron. he aint a top 147'er and hasnt been since the days pacman was a Lightweight. so i suppose katsidis, diaz and soto are all avoiding pacman are they?

Goosen claimed he was taking Paul back to 147. His next fight was at 154 against an opponent that said he was willing to make the fight at 147 instead? I've asked NBA (Pdub's bud) about this before and just haven't gotten a response back. WTF?

Martinez beat Paul up pretty good at 160. I think Paul is starting to get shop worn. But to say ANYBODY at 147 is ducking Paul is just ridiculous at this point. Pdub wouldn't take a fight at 147 with Cintron and instead fought him at 154.

Why is he not a welterweight? Since you say so? He has said on many occasions that he wants a big fight at welterweight. He can easily make the weight. Last fight he was only 152. he has also stated he has to eat a lot to stay at LMW/middle.

He is the most credible opponent at 147 because he has the most quality wins around that division right now. He is fan friendly and comes to fight everytime out.

Cintron offered to fight him at WW but the fight was at SWW instead? Why? Still waiting for that answer.

It is when that fighter beat a prime Plaster Margarito and called out every big name in the division and he was avoided.

You can't blame the guy for not getting those fights but you can blame those fighters, Pac, Floyd, and Shane for not taking the fight.

He moved up because he couldn't get those fights. It shouldn't take any leverage away from him.
