Casey is such a sound bloke. He was full of praise for his opponent and I offered the Italian a drink because he really was a brave fecker wasn't he. I mean how many other professionals would have stayed in that ring with that much heart and chin in such a tear up especially when by the 8th round he knew he wasn't going to get a points victory. Fair play to both of them that was some fight. But Byrne - jeepers the class was there for all to see and his opponent was no mug either. I think the crowd causing trouble may have been part of a wedding I'm not sure but we weren't the ones who called the Gardai so I know there were others and I know others having problems. That said, it's a massive Hotel so depending on which wing you were in you wouldn't have known it was going on but I'll tell you it wasn't just a bit of noise it was fuking scum thrashing a hotel and acting like the scum of the earth. rant over.

Was i that bad!!!i was hopping one of the women would fall on me!!!when you see Roggie, ***an and Timms a bit bemused and all the hacks on the other side of the ring looking behind you with interest you get a little worried!!!!!

Have to say it was a cracking show! really enjoyed Caseys fight, Dean looked quality, Anto Fitz and Finbarr Eade ment buisness too!

I looked over at Frampton during the Casey fight and I could see him wincing everytime Willie landed a Big Bang - I doubt the wee nordie would want a piece of that action. :smoke

Must admit I was quite impressed with Prunty, thought he put plenty of meat into his shots and could be decent if he continues with the excellent Sutcliffe team. Here's one for you Paddy:

Prunty looked very "novicey" at times and Greaves made him look sloppy. Prunty more often found fresh air rather that Greaves. The best thing about him was his shorts.

The highlight of the night i felt.
The quality on the night wasnt great but the entertainment ceratinly was.
If Peters gave us this we'd curse like pirates but in city west and for the price it was great.
Didnt stay around myself as it was a bit like the ballinasloe horse fair (great fun but you got the underlining felling if a bad word was said there would be wigs on the green)
So well done for Dolphil and i will def go to the next one.
