Vitali definitely not, but did Wlad duck against a possible rematch with Sanders?

Overall, they have a good record of facing whoever is there, but there are a few ducks...

They duck each other. This is a fact. Of course, it's a very very good reason they have to duck, but it is still a duck.

Wlad and Valuev, but I think that is sort of "mutual ducking". I think neither really wants to fight each other. Wlad doesn't want to be the smaller man, Valuev doesn't want to fight someone big and good. Yes I know biased supporters will tell me...so and so offered blah blah blah...whatever. I don't buy it. Point is the, fight never happened while both of them were champs and it should have and could have....ducking.

Supposedly Wlad ducked Briggs. I buy it. Briggs is more risk than reward, There was probably some relief when Briggs lost his title and there was no longer a call to fight him. I do think if needed, Wlad would fight Briggs (and would probably win), but there's no way it happens unless it became mandatory.

Vitali did seem to duck Rahman. I don't know why, but he retired rather than fight him. The fight got made over and over, similar to Wlad and Povetkin. A very peculiar duck, but it seems like a legit ducking.

You could also throw in any of those "revenge of the brother" type situations. It probably was a good money maker, but having your brother avenge your losses = lame.

David Tua. Riddick Bowe. Evander Holyfield. Mike Tyson.

The list is long but my memory fails me at the moment. Hard to say who ducked who in certain cases, in fact Lennox Lewis wanted no part of Wlad - but the Klitschkos definitely wanted no part of Tua. That guy ducks no one.

After Haye pussied out the first time wlad offered the fight to Valuev before Chagaev and was told no thanks :huh So how the hell is it a duck if someone refuses to fight you.. so in your mind did wlad duck haye too..?

Wlad was going to fight briggs, But instead elected to fight an undefeated top 10 fighter ( brock ) something briggs was not... how are you ducking someone when you fight someone who was more highly regarded and undefeated it would of been more of a duck to fight briggs then brock at that time. :deal especially when quite a few of the "experts picked brock to win.

Vitaly was injured and it required possibly career ending surgery he had to give up his title and what 4 years of his prime? Seriously :-(
