140 Pound Division is shaping up to be a terrible disappointment.

Which of the fighters at 140 would go up and fight Baldi.. who probably outweighed him by 15 pounds.???

You could criticize Zab all you want, but he has face the best of the best. He gaved Floyd the toughest match since Castillo and lost focus at the end. Fought Cotto well, beat Spinks in his backyard... Face Clottey and was doing well until the cuts and etc... His level of opposition is great and that is an advantage in a division were no one wants to face each other, while Zab has face some of the best bigger guys and a lost for him basicallly means the end. At 140 Zab is nothing to mess with.

Why is JMM one of the notables in the 140 division? He never fought @ jr. welterweight. Just asking.

    He's fought at 147.

Because he wants to become the first Mexican to win a title in four weight divisions and looks like he is moving up so that's why.

Hope that cleared it up for you.

I disagree with FASTER. Besides that, I agree with your opening thread. Zab needs to stay busy. If he can't get one of these "I am the best 140, but I don't have to prove fighters" in the ring. Well, just take on lesser opponents to stay sharp and show your fans that you are serious on training hard and wanting it badder then the others.

Don't forget Barrera and Morales trying to do the same thing. I think Marquez could have the best chance, if one of the champs want to add his name to their resumes. Actually, Marquez has not fought at 140 or 147. He fought at one of PBF's made up divisions, just like Pac does to others.

He is definitely faster than Khan.

But I agree that he should just go ahead and fight the biggest "not-so-top" names he can get, and look good against them. He has a good enough name to eventually land another shot, especially if these other "top" guys continue to play *****.

Bingo. As I've said before, there's no chance Roach lets Khan in the ring with Judah before, say, late 2012. He needs Judah to slow down a pace still and get older still. Judah just needs one good crack anywhere from the neck up and Khan will be on the backburner again.

Khan (Might fight either Ricky Hatton or JMM next... Unless Maidana's promoter press for his mandatory shot)

Bradley (Victor Ortiz is his mandatory for now, unless he loses to Vivian Harris.. Hopefully he fights Alexander..)

Marquez (According to ESPN, Marquez's PPV #'s are good. So to get him on TV, it may cost too much lol.. Katsidis might be in his future.)

Alexander (May want to go for Bradley now because he got 2 belts and he might be due for a IBF mandatory fight with Kaizer Mabuza. Potentially tough fight.)

Maidina (Because of his attributes and style is the most tv friendly of the bunch. Match him with anyone and it'll be fun fight to watch.)

and the former undisputed champion of the world.... Zab Suuuuuuper Judah... (Willing to fight anybody who's anybody or who the networks say IS somebody)

There are MORE jr welterweights to look for...

    Juan Urango
    Kaizer Mabuza
    Jo Jo Dan
    Andres Kotelnik
    Ruslan Provodnikov
    Lamont Peterson
    Julio Diaz
    Victor Cayo
    Breidis Prescott
    Kendall Holt
    Ray Narh
    Patrick Lopez

As long as everyone fights everyone, this division will be great~!!

 Ortiz is the most mentally weak fighter in the game, bar none, moreso than both Waldo and Judah.

Absolutely no doubt about it. Victor "Glass Heart" Ortiz has the weakest heart I've ever seen.

In the UK, Hatton/Lazcano sold like 60,000 lol... They could potentially aim for 100k....

Ricky Hatton can punch. And he can muscle his way inside (with whatever tactics) to get to Khan.

    Amir.

    Khan.

    Would.

    Never.

    Step.

    Within.

    TWO.

    Area.

    Codes.

    of.

    Ricky.

    Hatton.
