Gabriel Montoya tweeted the other day that Floyd signed as well.

Do we think this is legit?

I don't know if I can see Floyd signing for 4 fights, unless there is an out clause somewhere.

Only figured we'd see Floyd fight once or twice more.

Well 4 fights seems a bit much for a guy who only wants to fight once a year. If he holds to that, such a contract would bind him until he's 36, 37. And regardless of how often he fights, i doubt that he would make a long term deal like that, when he's always talking about taking a break or retiring after each of his fights.

Sounds like BS to me, I'm pretty sure that Floyd will only be working with King on a 1 fight basis.

Nah... he doesn't really need an out clause. Any reasonable contract will allow him to retire without much penalty. But if he continues to fight, it willl have to be with King. Assuming he did sign such a contract...

He didnt have a contract with gbp! He had a handshake agreement with them and they worked on a fight by fight basis.

If you can see if they mention sources in their articles, because they could be drawing from the same (wrong) well.

But this seems a bit iffy, Mayweather fights once every 8 months or so, and he is very big about being a free agent, not being tethered to any particular company.

So what are the chances we see Mayweather-K9 in the near future?

The thing he needs to sign is a deal to fight Pac maybe with King cheerleading him and yelling that hes the best ever and all that usual stuff King does with his fighters will give him the confidence to step in the ring with Pac.

it sort of makes sense and I think two of those fights were ment to be with Spinks and with Alexander in order to prepair Floyd for Manny, problem is spinks was knocked out last night and Alexander didnt look too good himself.

Marley has a horrible track record. He's really one of the worst, i don't pay attention to anything he says.
