great videos. they could have charged admission at the gym and people would have paid to watch that.

 

Good videos man .Appelby still looks big even at superfeatherweight .A good sparring partner for Burns because Martinez likes to go to the body as well .Hope the 3 jocks do well .

Ayes deffo, i woulda :good

Appleby was pretty big and seemed to struggle with the pace a wee bit, though he certainly made up for it with heart.

He said afterwards he needed the sparring if i remember right and from what i can gather, he has only really had Arthur and Thain (1-0-0 as a welter....i think) to spar with.

This is by no means a slight on Arthur or Thain either.

 

Did Simpson and Appleby spar?

Quality vids mate.. Burns is going to have to deal with pressure better than he did from Appleby though... looked much sharper against Burns.
