Hey HomoJerome, If the fights even signed, you'll be gone regardless of the outcome. :hi:

I think Chop Chop can make a lot of money putting advertising on his soles.

its a keep busy fight..but to be honest chop chop may be a little over the hill but he can still crack and is a decent opponent for anyone at 140...he'll give his all everytime he is out there and is always looking to pull the upset...good matchup especially since maidana has been inactive and corley fights like evry month all over the world...

maidana is a joke, he pulls out of a bradley fight because he was "injured" he point blank refuses to enforce his mandatory challenge vs khan because he "isnt ready" and he fight de marcus corley. i dont even know why we consider him part of the "big 4" would he really win a rematch vs kotelnik? i doubt it.

    khan fights recent champion
    alexander fights recent champion
bradley fights unbeaten prospect(barely a prospect but still)

maidana fights someone who is 6-9 in his last 15 fights. and someone who was ktfo earlier this year.

This is a dissapointing fight. Coming off an injury and promotional problems I wouldn't expect a great opponent, but Corley is about shot and 140 has a lot of possible options out there making this a big letdown of a fight. Madaina is slowly letting some of the momentum from his Ortiz victory slip away. He has fought 3 times since then-Cayo was a decent opponent but Gonzales and now Corley are not the kind of fights you want to see him take. And he also pulled out of the Bradley fight so he seems to be going in the wrong direction.

I would expect to see him in with someone better next time and all this will be forgotten but for now Madaina is making himself less and less relevant.

I guess you have a point in one sense, but this better be the damn last of it. These guys have been THE four guys in this division for a solid year now. They've all now cleared their damn dance cards so they better spend 2011 getting in with each other. Otherwise I'm saying the whole lot of them are chickenshits.

since alexander was so brash calling out bradley, if that fight comes off i think khan and maidana has to happen. in one sense it is good because mandatory defences are not usually this hyped up.

Maidana was given a three fight deal from Golden Boy on the condition that he step aside so Khan can face Marquez. Stop making **** up to suit whatever agenda you've got.
