Well, as I said, I'm not religious either, but I do find religious doctrine and its history, quite fascinating. I've studied all the major religions quite extensively, and I'm always dumbfounded by Christians, who believe Catholics are Christians, when they can't even agree on which texts comprise their religious dogma.
Dude Christian is a broad term encompassing many religions specifically Catholicism, Orthodox, and Protestantism. It is based on a believe in the divinity of Christ and the following of his teaching. IE anyone who follows Christ is Christian. Saying Catholic isn't Christian is like saying a bloodhound isn't a dog. Catholicism is a sub group of Christians.
