http://sports.espn.go.com/dallas/nfl/news/story?id=5453281 is anyone else underwhelmed by dallas as a host for this fight (or any big fight for that matter)
Not me..I like the change. Having fights in a venue like Cowboys Stadium will peak interest amongst casual fans, and hopefully be better for the sport in the long run. A lot of Vegas fights seem to lack atmosphere.
stadiums are cooler than vegas at this point imo, more seating to sell also(moar $$$) agreed with Antwuan Maxx on the atmosphere angle, i think it's a better venue than another casino fight. Bringing Boxing to diverse venues helps the sport i think, in terms of geographical and type of location.
If the fight happens in Dallas/Ft Worth my old stamping grounds I'll be happy for two reasons . Tony Margarito will have a fair crack of the whip in Texas, he wouldnt in Vegas. Plus I'll be sitting at ringside with all my Texas fight friends t watch The Texas Tornado shock the boxing world AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Mayweather is just waiting for Pacman to wear himself out. At this point Pacman will not get better, just more worn out from all these hard fights. pacman is proving a lot that is for sure. A real great.
And where Floyd doesn't want to go because he'll test positive of Xylocaine which is not legal in TX.
