The Ring was probably looking for any reason possible to move Khan up.

Maybe, maybe not but their reason for doing so is legit, but that can change if Devon beats Bradley.

    Kotelnik should be above Devon.

Where the hell is Victor Ortiz? Yeah i know a lot of people are sour on him after the Maidana fight but he would probably win a rematch(if he fought smart) and could also beat half the guys on that list. Hed beat Kotelnik,Urango,Mabuza,Malinaggi,Peterson and why the hell would you put Mccloskey in there? Ortiz would kill him. Oh yeah and i wouldnt count out Ortiz against Kahn,Bradley in fact he probably would beat Alexander.

The only people Mcclosky has beaten are bums from the Uk or europe. I never make avatar bets but if those 2 ever fight you got one here. you say hes got a weak chin? I dont really think so i mean he got up and fought on(for a while) against maybe the biggest puncher (pfp) in boxing, hes suffered flash knockdowns but Maidana was the only one that seriously hurt him.

On a quest to find the rest of the missing pieces of his heart that Maidana splintered apart.

Ortiz gets way too much stick for the Maidana fight. Did you want to see him get seriously hurt? He knew he was going to get stopped so decided to fight another day and learn from what happened.
