Then I guess that the lack of testing in TX must appeal to Mayweather and Pacquiao alike.

Then why did Floyd not want the fight in TX during the first negotiation?

No, Pacquiao is just keeping his options open, hoping that Mayweather will somehow forget the definition of random. :-(

Did Floyd mention anything about OSDT this time during the second negotiation? Maybe you're trying to deny that fact and insist that there was no second negotiations. I think it's the latter.

Still holding on to the OSDT and yet, we don't see Floyd making a petition to make it mandatory for all boxers.

I know that Floyd said random until the day of the fight back in February, and then Manny agreed to 14 days in May. :huh

I also know that shortly thereafter Manny and Arum said that they had agreed to all of Mayweather's demands, though they can not and will not say what those demands were.

I also know that Arum, who was supposedly negotiating the fight never spoke to a member of Team Mayweather. Instead they talked to the president of the network they fight on. That's like two NFL teams negotiating a player trade through Steve Bornstein (CEO of NFL Network).
