These guys might not be brawlers but the only way they're gonna score if they enter each others punching range and they will take chances to stop the losing streak. They both need a statement and I expect them coming out accordingly.

Yeah, Froch is going to go in and shock the world by proving that he always had the reflexes of RJJ just this one fight... Seriously?

He might try to box he just doesn't have the leg movement for it, he will be forced into exchanges and I'll be seriously shocked if he takes Abraham's punches well. I know his chin is top notch but this power should be totally new to him. Expecting a war in this one.

Froch will try to outbox AA, but he wont be able to. At least not the whole fight. Its not THAT easy to outbox AA. Taylor couldnt do it, and JT is a better boxer than Carl the clumsy, as 11 rounds proved. Dirrell did it, but Dirrell has FAR more speed and skills than Froch, and its arguable that at the same of the DQ, AA might have been coming on.

So any of the Froch groupies thinking that farmer can outbox AA all night are in for a big disappointment. AA has a better jab than given credit for. He couldnt get it off vs southpaw Dirrell, but he busted Taylor with it, and he'll do the same to Froch. As the rounds go by, AA will close the distance more and more on Carl, and it wont take long for him to eventually start landing his power shots. Theres no way a fighter with a defense as mediocre as Froch's is gonna avoid those shots all night.

AA is gonna lay Froch out, I'm confident of it. I predicted that Dirrell would beat AA. I knew it was a bad matchup for AA, as did many others. And now I'm predicting that AA will knock clumsy Carl's head off..... around the 9th or 10th round.

Froch isn't anywhere near Dirrell's speed and I still wonder if even Dirrell would have lastet 12 against AA without his annoying slipping tactics.

Taylor couldn't outbox AA. Froch has a goodjab and he may improve his movement, but he is there to be hit. It will come down to power and chin.

Abraham is not just a guy you outbox with ease....Froch might try to stay on the outside jabbing, throwing combo´s.But AA is quick when he attacks,he cought Dirrell several times late in that fight, and Froch is not very fast on his feat, and not good at fighting going backwards. We saw that in the kessler fight.I think AA´s plans is to be more aggressive and punch a lot more than against Dirrell.... I think Froch will get KO before round 10.... either that or a TKO late...

Froch will have a game-plan, but as soon as he gets tagged (and he will) he will forget all about it and his warrior within will surface. The fight will be a war and I think Abraham has the goods to give Froch the first stoppage loss of his career.

I believe Rob McRacken will try to have Froch box Abraham, keep things long. However, the big question is, will Carl revert to type if/when Abraham really tags him?

I do believe this is one fight where Froch will be outdone if it goes into the trenches! Abraham is as viscous as anything & while Carl is top class finisher, there's no denying that if Abraham hurts Froch he will not let him off the hook!
