About the same. I usually take a few sips of water before the cooling down, we're permitted to go to the tap when taking off the bandages. If there's sparring I drink during training as well, because I rinse my mouth and mouthpiece before putting it in, and if I'm at the tap anyway.

I'm never really thirsty during training though.

Water is vital for optimal exercise, why train without it? Why train less then optimally?

This isn't directed at me is it? I don't train without water. I show up hydrated and rehydrate afterwards. I'm filled with water all the time.

I don't agree with the trainer who said not to do it because of weight related reasons. My old trainer simply didn't want us walking to the tap all the time, but drinking was of course allowed you just had to bring a bottle with you. I myself am just too busy training during training to even think about drinking. I am not more or less fatigued than if I do drink during training hours, the human body does have some flexibility in this regard.

Now if I went for a 4 hour cycle, then of course I would drink since I would dehydrate too much in that time span. Also if it's really hot in the gym, or if I'm simply thirsty.

Why not drink between rounds? That would give you time to hydrate yourself.

    RDJ,

    They could not do it.

Tyson told his trainer he couldn't.

Tua just could not do it either.

And Chamber's trainer? He should have said nothing at all. I mean that. Why embarrass and harass a fighter who can't do a thing about his situation?

Because I drink a lot before training, and I'm not thirsty between rounds. Like I said I show up more than well hydrated, if I drink more I'll have to **** during training :)

If I'm thirsty, or feel like it, I will drink something. It's not like I go out of my way not to. I also drink a few sips before and after sparring, because I'll be at the tap anyway to rinse my mouthpiece.

Because he'd be fired for not doing his job :)

He should not have been there to begin with, I've seldom seen a contestant so utterly outclassed and overpowered as Chambers.

Being at HW against Wladdy :D

Chambers should lose his pudgy belly and fight at cruiser.
