Wlad Huck Pascal Bute or Abraham or Miranda Pavlik unless he is officially moved up Cotto or Angulo Moseley Urango Soto Martinez Juanma 122 and down not sure
HW Wlad 200 Lebedev 175 A. Berrio (he fought a month ago, and I'd rate his power slightly above Cloud's) 168 Abraham 160 Lemieux 154 Kirkland (if he's not considered active, then R. Hearns, who I think edges Cintron and Angulo in the one-punch power department, just he doesn't land the big one much) 147 Bailey (he's at 147 now) 140 Maidana (by a long shot) 135 Ji Hoon Kim (edges Katsidis and Acosta IMO) 130 Uchiyama or Kerakosyan 126 Gamboa or PDL 122 Nishioka (by a pretty fair margin) 118 Montiel 115 Darchinyan 112 Julio Cesar Miranda 108 Segura 105 R. Gonzalez
Pac IMO isn't the hardest puncher at 147 that's Mosley. A lot of other people didn't list him either.
Umm Manny stopped Cotto a guy who beat Mosley.... now your going to likely argue damaged goods... but its true..

I'm inclined to agree. It's a good thing for 140 and 147 that he is a mediocre boxer at best with a shaky chin.
I do like his list too, except for A. Berrio at 175. No way he hits harder than cloud does. He had good power at '68, but he's outpunched at light heavy by the beast from tallahassee. Shumenov should be next in line after cloud.
It's possible I guess. Berrio's right hand is like Bailey's to me, only he's a lot less skilled at using it. A true shotgun right hand when he lands with the straight right. But he's been inactive for so long, and isn't tested at 175, so who knows. I'd say Cloud, then Henry of the main guys. Cloud rocking Johnson was impressive in terms of power. I've never seen Johnson so much as buzzed before that. I feel like Shumenov's power hasn't been well tested yet. He uses max effort to throw for sure, but he doesn't really turn his body well into his punches. I'd like to see him face someone with a proven chin before I go overboard with it. He couldn't knock out old Montell Griffin, who DM put to sleep when he was a decade younger.
