    Try looking up that he controlled his weight by chewing steak and spitting it out . THe guys skills and time in the ring are legendary. Old time remedies work better than u could possible know. In the educated times u talk about The USA have the greatness number of low fat foods that could be possible imagined. Also the fattest ASSES .

    I think Archie Moore's weight control may have had more to do with his training regimen rather than the foods he didn't eat. Maaaaaybe.

    And yes, you are quite correct. If only the people in the USA would spit their food out instead of swallowing it, we'd be a nation of ripped, mean mother****ers...and unbeatable boxers.

    So how many calories did he consume using this technique? If you can't give even a rough number (which you can't) it'd be hit or miss or in other terms, complete bull****.

    For example?

    Low fat food does not mean healthy food. What are you trying to prove by mentioning this?
