obviously floyd sr was a bad BAD choice, i said it from the beginning floyd sr is ****, roger and jeff are better trainers.....

but anyways who's gonna train hatton when he returns?

ronnie shields or joe goossenn would suit his style perfectly, they wouldn't try change anything at this point and would have him him fit and ready with a gameplan to go...

Oscar De La Hoya, fought his best fights under Floyd Mayweather Senior.....

His defence against Vargas was immense, and his speed and movement was second to none.

Ricky Hatton should go and train back with Billy Graham, i honestly don't know why he left him. Hatton fought a good fight against Floyd Mayweather and it was a tough fight up until the knock out.....for Floyd Mayweather.

I think Goossen and Shields would be good. I prefer Goosen. Cool as **** and is good in the corner.

I agree with Billy Graham, he worked for him, Hatton just got too big for his boots. Problem is, Graham took him as far as he could with a limited fighting style.

The ironic thing is that Billy Graham IS the best trainer for Ricky Hatton. Sure he is, in hindsight, a limited trainer but when Ricky tried to extend beyond his maruading style he never looked comfortable. I've read quite often that the tactics Graham and Hatton employed against Mayweather were all wrong but they were the best tactics for Ricky Hatton in that fight. I can't believe that some people think that another trainer in Hatton's corner would have resulted in a different outcome...

He was NEVER able to win that fight and I suspect that he knew it all the time...

graham is a bit limited, his style of training doesn't suit everyone, look at matt hatton, hes doing alot better with beard (or who ever he has now).
