No, I don't think you have truly watched and understood Marciano r you wouldn't come out with tripe like this.

Technique > speed. Haye possesses neither the footwork, the upper body positioning, heart, stamina and above all repertoire of punches Marciano has. Haye has nothing but quick hands that throw straightforwards punches and Hayemakers. Marciano will come at you from all angles with power in both hands; hook, jabs, uppercuts you name it - Haye aint shiite in comparison.

If Haye could box Ruiz and Barratt wouldn't have put in on his arse.

I just laugh at all the people saying Rocky would be beaten by Haye. Haye would be battered all over the ring with with one SuzieQ.

    Thanks.

Do you honestly HONESTLY believe that?

Can you please give me some footage on Marciano's footwork? Punch Repertoire? Is it possible that watching tearful Marciano documentaries and reading back issues of Ring magazine is clouding your judgement here?

Marciano beat a string of mediocre/ past it heavyweights before settling at 42-0. His title fight came against a 38 year old Walcott who boxed Marciano's ass off before being caught. His title defences Walcott KO 1, two fights against Charles who was past it, Cockell who was a stuck killer whale and a 95 year old Archie Moore. Overall 49-0 (6 title defences) HOT ****!!!!!!!!!

Rocky was the best in his time but against the modern elite he loses for a variety of reasons. Ali, Holmes, Holyfield etc beat him because they are too quick. Liston, Tyson, Foreman, Frazier beat him because they are too powerful and Lewis, Bowe and the Klits beat him because they are too big.

And Haye kicks his ****in ass in to the bargain. We can agree to disagree!

By the way, they are comparing Marciano to Cruisers and LHW, not Heavies.

And please understand, most of the fighters we have today have crap movement if you compare them to Marciano. Some can't even move their heads out of the way.

Cool appreciated but i just watched that video and seriously what the ****?

"Hitting the ropes to distract Joe Louis"????????????

He missed a right hand and hit the ropes as a result. Marcianio was adequate at moving his head but shipped loads of punishment in fights. Comparing him to Mayweather in this video is ****in ludicrous.

I stick to my guns Haye would eat him alive and Holyfield would crunch him in a mismatch. Marciano would be upper echelon today but he's severely over rated because A.) He's white and B.) He was undefeated.

    I don't think so.

First of all, I think Holy would have a field day with Marciano at Cruiser. But the power is ****ing there.

Haye isn't much and I would never put him in the same level as Holyfield. If he gets tagged, he will get sparked by Marciano. Who gives a F if he's white. He has excellent infighting skills with counterpunching tendencies that allow him to get in range of his opponents. MOST guys today don't even have good upper body movement.

Heck, the number 3 guy in Light Welter got his face busted royally by a light puncher because he had none.

It's true that he won't be undefeated if he fought today, but Marciano isn't your typical slugger-swarmer and first account descriptions of him of all who have ever shared the ring with him say he is way harder to hit than you'd think.

That video shows why he is way harder to hit than you'd think.

Haye can't even hold Holyfield's jockstrap. And in all reality, Haye has never fought anyone like Marciano at all.

    EDIT:

While I also laughed at the distraction caption as well as the Mayweather comparison, Marciano's upper body movement is top level. If you again look at the top fighters of today, most of them don't have that.
