On the main page...i hope not, its gonna be a rough night for Hearns and he seems like a decent guy...
Seems like an easy defense for K9. Hearns has right hand power like his dad, but little by way of skills, and he doesn't land it much. Plus, K9 has a good beard (outside of that weird double knockdown where he got caught cold), so Hearns probably doesn't even have a puncher's chance. Probably a good move on the part of Bundrage to take an easy defense or two before stepping up for a bigger money fight.
I see ya saying that this will be a rough night for Hearns, but if he wants a 154 title then this is definitly his best option. Bundrage might have beat an old Spinks, but he's not exactly world class. He's lost too Forbes, Brewer, Julio, and Powell. I'm not saying Hearns will win,but its definitly his best shot at winning a title.
I dont think this will happen. They both are Detroit fighters and i dont think they will sell 1000 tickets if they fought in Detroit. K-9 is a crackhead and Ronald is a nobody around here. I got more fans than Ronald and K-9 combined in Detroit!!!
Dibella already proposed that fight, he just never imagined it'd be a JMW title unification. I believe fully that Chavez stops Cotto, and Hearns has a shot against Bundrage, just not a good one. At 6'3, he probably makes himself weak fighting at 154, plus he's only moderately talented - otherwise you could bet Steward be training him.
winnable for both. could sell well on an undercard. with a chance to fight in a unification of a weak division. possible on another 154 title ight. might stir something together....no? i would watch anyways.
Nicca stop lying...K9 is from around my hood..we used to see him running all the time, glad to see he finally got him a title...
