Leapai-Walker wasn't at a high skill level either but it was a billion times better than this.

Hell, even shot Tua vs. shot Barrett had more clean punching in it.

Arreola said he hurt both his hands after the fight. Does anybody know the story about this?

Yes, the fat in his hands ruptured and exploded and now his gloves are full of peroxidized canola oil. Something like that. I am not a doctor.

What unprofessional dolt is in charge of the write-up details for fights on Boxrec???

    Check this **** out:

"Mexico's Chris Arreola won the vacant WBC Fecombox heavyweight title with a 12 round unanimous decision over Manuel ' El Toro' Quezada. Arreola floored Quezada twice in the ninth, once with a left uppercut, then with three consecutive left hooks. Arreola, who stated after the bout he had injured his right hand in the eighth or ninth round, dropped Quezada a third time in the final round with an overhand right to the left ear. Arreola, who rose to 29-2 with 25 knockouts, failed to knock his opponent for the third consecutive bout. Quezada got stronger as the rounds progressed, throwing combinations and forcing Arreola to win this bout mostly with superior counter punching skill. Nonetheless, according to Arreola, "I give myself a C-minus. I could have done a lot more with the jab, but I didn't, so (Quezada went the distance) that's what happened." Quezada didn't win a round but tried hard, took a good punch and refused to give up, fighting bravely the last three rounds. Quezada, of Bakersfield, California, fell to 29-6, 18 kayos. At least a few of the rounds appeared even. Arreola and Quezada were both Joe Goossen Goosen Tutor stablemates."

    :rofl

Not only does the last enlarged sentence there kind of negate the surety of the second, the three presiding judges kinda do as well.

    Official scores: 117-108, 118-107, 118-107

    Yes, for Cordova, somehow. :huh

It's best we not think about FNF the 13th anymore, while we still have our sanity.

 ...You may not believe this, but I'm watching the first fight right now, while they're replaying it. Later, I'm watching Wlad/Sultan and then who knows, maybe punch myself in the balls and sing along to the Titanic soundtrack.
