There is nothing that Nigel Benn has done in his career that indicates he would have beaten Hagler. What,McClellan,DeWitt or Barkley?Actually,Eubank either for that matter. That's just insane. If you want to believe that,okie-dokie.But your bias is extremely evident.

And Buchanan(whom I've always respected for his Laguna wins) over Whitaker(whom I've never liked because of his cockiness, but admired for his abilities? You're reaching for it.

At lightheavy,Spinks or Qawi or even Matthew Saad Muhammed(just ask John Conteh, the only English fighter I've ever liked)would have destroyed the 4 you mentioned.I like, admire and respect Kenny, but he NEVER would have landed on Whitaker.Tommy Hearns and Leonard would have beaten Dzinziruk's ass, easy.

And Holyfield started HIS career at 179.And Haye was stopped by CARL THOMPSON:patsch:lol:.And a past it Holyfield(had been stopped years before by Riddick Bowe)went the distance TWICE with Lennox Lewis. And even though Lewis was robbed in the 1st fight, the 2nd one was quite close.I'm neither a Lewis fan nor hater, but no way on earth does reluctant Haye goes the distance with him.

Concerning Hatton and Pryor, that much smaller fighter was ATG Alexis Arguello who would have beaten overrated Hatton's ass at 140,although he doesn't count in this thread because he's Nicaraguan.

Honeyghan best win was Curry. He got smoked by Starling and Breland.Hearns and Leonard would have destroyed him.

Im euro but I have to go with USA here.Over 35 years europe has produced some great fighters but not nearly as many as the states.Over the last 10 years or so things have changed a bit but not enough to give us Euro fans a win on this one.Maybe in another 10 years it will be closer.

Eubank would have out boxed Hagler in similar fashion to what SRL did

No doubt Whitaker was a very good boxer but Buchanen could be tough when required
All at LHW would have lost to Calzaghe, Erdei or Michalczewski. At SMW Calzaghe & Ottke beat the rest
I did give America a victory at WW but Hearns and Leonard wouldnt have beaten a big strong LMW like Dzinziruk. People question who would win between P Williams and Hearns and get a 50/50 answer, yet most pick Dzinziruk to beat Williams. Dzinziruk beats them both.
Still WW isnt as clear cut as many think for America, L honeygan would probably beat most of the top American WWs but would probably fail against SRL

Haye stopped by Thompson, but have you seen the fight? I was there. Haye was on his feet and clear eyed but his corner decided because he had punched himself out, to save him for another day. Holyfield was out on his feet against B Cooper who Haye punches harder than, and Id guess Thompson punched harder than Holyfield

Pryor would need the other bottle, the one made up earlier to beat Hatton. Oh did you forget that there was a story of Pryor having a 2nd bottle to drink from when fighting Arguello. Hatton mauls him out of there
Something you have to say when beaten by facts, once again :good
