People that think Floyd has a chance....this is at WW. A division in which Floyd's biggest win is against a 38yr old Mosley. One in which Zab and Hatton were competitive with him in the early rounds. One in which he has been ducking his toughest oppositions. He couldn't even dominate an old Oscar FFS (I know that wasn't WW but you get my point). If he ever fought Leonard, he would get outclassed from beginning to end. You have to be crazy to think otherwise.

Nah I think Tommy would give him most problems. With his longer reach and great boxing skill plus being in his prime, don't see how the hell Floyd would win. Doesn't have the chin Leonard did to try to work inside and Hearns had more power than Mosley soooooo. Leonard by late stoppage.

True but on another note, Why is Floyd so overrated in fantasy matchups?

He was comparing the Floyd era to the DLH/Trinidad/Mosley era. LukeO reading comprehension failed.

Leonard and Hearns whoops the DLH and Mayweather era.

Well both beat him at 147lbs in my opinion anyway, but I could see Leonard being one of the very few boxers who could make Mayweather think too much. Apart from defensively, I'd give almost every advantage to Leonard...and if Leonard stepped it up in the latter rounds, we may actually see Mayweather run out of ideas.

well dude you have to remember that chin after a while doesnt matter when you get hit with those ******edly hard KTFO rights that tommy throws. those things are bad. the one he starched duran(who had a granite cheen) with was ridiculous.

Yes, Floyd vs Duran would be a fair fight. There size differences isn't so great.

You think his chin would hold up to Hearns' power?

I can image Mayweather running all around the ring like a headless chicken.

    Leonard gets this.
