se the 11th round was so big for Dawson.

Those numbers are skewed cause Dawson won the 11th so big. Both guys don't see the 10th vs. Cloud.

Chad was again the Chad of late, the one that just doesn't let his hands go.... Why ? Is it cause he doesn't want to let his chin exposed at all ?

Dawson is way too gun shy with the skills he has !!!

With that logic Audley Harrison has never been beaten, he's just lost the fights by himself for the simple reason that he doesn't let his hands go.

Whatever Lefty, your boy got his ass whipped.

I guess thats why fighters tend to try and actually fight for the entire length of a fight cause this **** can happen.

Big L for Chad. I wish him luck in his next fight against Cloud.

I'm so glad our new Light Heavyweight King isnt some mongoloid, illiterate, safety first, fight once a year, ******.:happy

You can say a lot of things about Dawson being passive and **** but you have to remember that Pascal was hurting Dawson on a regular basis. That's going to make any fighter just a little bit more respectful and passive then he normally would be.

Rewatch the fight. Pascal was hurting Dawson the whole fight. Thats more then anyone who has ever fought him can possibly say. Every other fighter that has hurt Dawson has hurt him once or twice at the most. Pascal hurt him every other round. Don't think that plays on a fighters mind.

Regardless of what you have to say about his performance the one think that you can say about chad Dawson now is that unlike other great American fighters who fight with his style Chad Dawson is not a thinking fighter. He made no adjustments at all the whole night. Not even to the tempo of the fight. Harold's quote about if Chad Dawson is one of the best fighters in the world he's _______ (literary god) was bang on the money. He looks the part. But he's not the goods.

Bingo:good Cause don't care who you care people and especially fighters are creatures of psychology. Getting physically hurt or being put in a vulnerable position is the same as abuse. It ****s with your head.

Pascal deserves a credit for the win but if anybody saw this fight should know easily that Pascak got lucky that the head clash happens cause if it wasn't Dawson would have won by tko. He had Pascal an inch away from being tko. It's a shame that this head clash ended like this.

Margarito just wasn't thinking about the fight against Shane
If Green didn't look at his shoes he would've beaten Miranda
A Japanese girl that Tyson banged gave him AIDS so Douglas beat him
Evander was shot so his loss against Bowe doesn't count
Liston would've beaten Ali if Ali wasn't so fast
Clottey would've whopped Pacquiao if he didn't have diarrhea

In the 11th round when Dawson land that huge uppetcut, he hurt Pascal far better then any of the rounds that Pascal hurt Dawson.

Dawson didnt seem to be mentally into this fight, dare i say moments of Allan Green in there. Don't know why he was so lacking in intensity. Finally when he opened up in rd 11 he had pascal in a bad way.

Poor performance by Dawson. Pascal for me was good, but not terribly impressive.

Its a fair enough point to say that Dawson was coming on strong but don't by the Emauel Steward Hyperbally. If you've seen Pascal he always looks tired or takes breaks and flurries. Thats his style. Plus he has a history of rallying when hurt and being resilient. He's a tough fighter. You can make the point that it looked like Dawson had a chance to KO him late but you have to concede that Pascal has shown plenty of guts before and that there is a very good chance that pascal finishes the fight and takes a UD.

Personally, I think there was a good chance that pascal waits out the rest of the round and comes on strong in the 12th.
