I'm saying this right now: Andre Ward is the 3rd best fighter in the world.

Right behind Pacman and Mayweather. And when those two retire, he will be the P4P king for years to come. He is the complete package. He is not a hype job or a mirage. You know you are doing something right when you have the seal of approval from Bernard Hopkins. He is probably the most well rounded fighter in boxing today. And to top it all off, he has the work ethic and right mentality.

I know a lot of you are shaking your heads but just watch, what i said will materialize. Ward is going to win the super 6. His toughest match by far is against Dirrell. That's a tough one to call because of Dirrell's amazing speed. But i see Ward winning because he will find a way. Then it's clear sailing from there. By the time he wins the super 6, he will probably be a top 5 P4P. And when Pacman and Mayweather retire, there will be no one in front of him.

I pretty much get the impression that you have to knock ward out to beat him. He will do whatever it takes for all 12 rounds.

He might become one of the very best in the world, but at this stage, he clearly isn't. There's still a few things that worry me: does he have enough power, is his chin good enough, is he tough and strong enough to become one of the very best...? Not convinced yet...

Is he ever going to fight abroad, or just at home.

The only thing Ward is P4P top3 in is headbutting infront of hand picked judges in his own back garden.

Take him out of his bubble and he gets exposed badly as american-level at best.

Not world class let alone P4P material, sorry.

Well, yeah, it's my opinion but if you look at his body of work up until now, it's not hard to come to that conclusion. Gold medal winner and completely outclassed two supposed "elite" SMWs in Kessler and Green. He didn't just win, it was a whitewash. And he wins by fighting a complete fight. Inside/outside, controlling the pace, ring generalship, etc. He knows what he's doing in there and he comes to fight.

He is definitely very versatile and is a very smart fighter, maybe lacks punching power but very talented and I think he'll win the Super Six.

    WHAT?

He fought a great fight but Green is not that good and can only fight at mid-range.

Agreed. You always have to wonder about a man's chin and power. We'll have to see.
