I guess the Myth that Froch cant box should be put to rest.

Nope, Just further enforces the "Styles make Fights" adage.

You can flip that around and say who were Froch's big wins before Pascal?

    Robin Reid?

froch wins fights with toe to toe grit and pressure. i dont think froch has great power so the higher in weight he goes up the more he would struggle against power, there is only so much his chin will take with his lack of guard. but i still think froch wins pascal at LH..:good

Pascal has gotten better. Froch has not.

who had froch beat before then? I see what you mean tho, pascal has found his division at 175 and hes improved a lot since his loss to froch

Yep, judge Froch on what he does in the ring, not on how another fighter does against a common opponent.

Froch can definately box. I've always said that. What he lacks is handspeed.

I don't like Froch, but it's looking like you're right. Still, to take it a step further. I wonder how good Jermain Taylor could've been if he'd bother training so he could go 12 rounds. If you remember, he was easily outboxing Froch until one of his patented stamina free-falls in the championship rounds.

I think most fans who understand the sport know that Froch can actually box and that he is pretty versatile in terms of his skillset. His speed will be his demise

Froch is just very slow. If he had speed, he would be a much better boxer.

I still think this version of Pascal beats him. He just seems loads better since going to 175.
