I like Arreolla. I think he is a good guy and comes to fight but he NEEDs to get in better shape, like 240 and he will become a bigger threat to win a championship.

problem is..IMO he will never get to the TOP until he changes the way he trains and acts in between fights. When a guy starts camp and needs to lose 30-40 lbs for a fight.. you spend all of camp losing weight rather then working on things that will improve your skills and chances to win.

IMO CA will never get to the top and stay there until he gets serious about his eating and weight

I like CA, but what he has been doing will only take him so far... now he needs to change things to get over the top

I know it's your job chef, but even I can't understand **** like that with boxers.

It's like Usain Bolt taking a few months off in the off-season, and coming back having gained 40 pounds, and spending all his training just trying to lose weight.

True, professionals don't do it. In any sport. Apart from heavyweight boxing.

Arreola may be a prize fighter, but he acts extremely unprofessionally IMO.

It simply boggles my mind that with potential multi-million dollar paydays on the line, that guys still act that way.

I totally agree. Its hard for me to understand it and even harder to understand why his team isnt trying to help him with it... like I said ealier.... put a chef/Nutr with CA 24/7 at the start of camp to control his food and teach him how it works. I just dont get it:huh

he gets zero props as he is a fukin joke. it aint just about him eating inbetween fights, he misses training days also.

name one decent victory he has? he is just an overpaid hypejob who blew it against adamek and did nothing in training to remedy it.

can you imagine the klitschko's or even haye coming in so overweight and undertrained?

I saw the writing on the wall when he was knocked over and outboxed in the opeing 2 rounds against the below average over pumped stamina-less gimp Travis Walker. Arreola has only ever been a hype job. Bit of power and heart but no speed, poor technique, no defence..... I was never impressed.

Guys got titties that could get him into a playboy mag
