GREAT THREAD !!! Of all the small gyms i saw locally, (Aberdeen) i loved how it was above a bar/pub.........havent read the thread yet but am sure it has some tasty insights and is a folklore kinda thing. Even the Bar/Gym scenario......if ya get me.....is so easy for some, as has been shown and known....to end up downstairs......even the best.
