He does lift weights. Check out this vid at the 25 second mark: [ame]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CLSnMO8jwyM[/ame]
You can see he lifts weights, the muscle is certainly all there, it's just covered with a layer of fat.
He was a real skinny LH about 7 or 8 years ago. I know theres a picture of him floating around here somewhere he looked Malnourished. This guy has sure gone from one extreme to the other.
Arreola's problem isn't a lack of training. Its eating excessively. You can do all the weight training in the world but if you eat like a pig, you will have fat.
I agree he is obviously a strong dude. Ive never seen him overpowered if anything hes the one muscling dudes around. Even against Vitali he was just outboxed and beaten up, but hardly pushed around or outmuscled.
So who is collecting fees for that trinket belt? Don't tell me Jose Sulaiman stripped me of my title without telling me. Damnit I am the WBC-NABF Bronze Interim Channel 4 News Live @ 6 Rhinestone Part-time Champion!!!!!
It looks like some people never learn that tomorrow starts today. He lost already two major fights while being overweight, and he still doesn't see the pattern. I can agree he was probably going to lose with Vitali anyway and a loss didn't matter much as everyone losses to Klitschkos recently, but Adamek was completely different story. The fight was quite winnable fight for him, and the difference between win and loss was almost like the one between being challenger and gatekeeper. And he still couldn't train his fat ass off properly.
his belly literally HANGING over his belt line... yet he says he trained hard and his food was right. WOW. Team CA needs help
