Look at the punch he KO Chambers. How many fighters can throw a left like that?

The latter, Wlad doesn't knock guys silly in 4 rounds because he is very very cautious because of his shakey chin. You may want to watch Wlad-Mercer though, Wlad's left hook of the jab and that very short left hook for a big man is top class, as is his straight right

Wlad has an excellent left hook, the Chambers KO is not a good example of it however

Never saw the Chambers fight. I'll check for it though. Well, if you guys are right and he does have good punch technique, then I find it a bit odd since his brother has aweful technique. All of his punches are arm punches. I couldnt believe he landed so many shots on Sam Peter and still couldnt knock him down.

    Agree.

Like we started to discuss, Wlad is a Super-HW. Most of these guys are very uncoordinated to begin with. Hearns has a huge advantage in this sense.

Wlad's Jab, Straight-right, and Short-left-hook, as previously mentioned, are quite good. Very sharp and accurate. Very lethal.

And yes, he is cautious because of his stamina and his chin.

Vitali is built differently than his brother. His coordination is not equal either.

Vitali has also said many times that his brother is basically the superior boxer.

Right, his brother does seem to have a more balanced stance. Vitali gets away with a lot of stuff because of his height. I see him pulling back to get away from punches A LOT.

    For Heavyweights?

    Joe Louis ;)

RingSide Joe Louis was on the other day. Teddy Atlas pointed this one out specifically.

Watch how short, accurate, sharp, fast, and powerful that hook is.

Louis could throw throw it in various ways. Short, coked back/full leverage, and even leaping with it. All seen in this video.
Just like all the other punches he did. He can throw them short or he can **** it back and deliver something awful to your health.

I've always liked how Tszyu thew it at his best {when healthy}.
It was a stunner of a punch.
He could throw it off the jab. Just roll it over.
    Wlad can do the same.

Not the best angle. I like the left hook he throws at 0:57. Not as good as Wlad but still, for that time it must have been something else.

Have you even seen a fight of Kid Chocolate? It doesn´t sound like it.

I picked Chocolate because him and Floyd are very similar. Basically the only difference is that Chocolate is more offensive minded.

Here is the first fight with Tony Canzoneri. Watch it and tell me what Mayweather does so much better.

Floyd is much better. I see a lot of wild punches, awkward movement in those videos. I guy like JMM beat's the **** out of him today.
